What's ARUKASHIRUKA YAGAJI

■We have exciting news!■ An entertainment restaurant has opened on Yagajijima island, nearby Kourijima island on March, 2022. On April 1st, we also opened the 2nd floor, which serves authentic French style cuisine, using fresh, local ingredients.
We were inspired to create this unique restaurant to be a place where various cultures are mixed. "Arukashiruka," in Okinawan language means "any and every thing". Not only that, we plan to hold many special events in the spacious garden area by the sea, in front of the restaurant, showing respect for, and sharing the rare contributions of, Okinawa.

■Extraordinar■ The stracture of the restaurant is made from the renovated town hall that was being used decades ago. The architecture was done by Nouvelle Vague Co., Ltd, who also have produced many filming sets for blockbusters like “Termae Romae”, “Shinya-Shokudo” or “Tokyo-Tower" as well as trendy advertisements for brands such as Suntory and Softbank and TV shows such as "Terrace House", etc.

■Enjoy cutting-edge design■ Not only the architecture, but also our staffs dress up in the most fashionable outfits. Their tasteful, colorful uniforms were designed by Mr. Norio Sato of "Cotémer" who designed costumes for famous artists such as "ONE OK ROCK", "EXILE" and "Masaharu Fukuyama". He showcased some of his unique colors in the interior too, which can be seen at especially at the art-board at 1st floor or fusuma (sliding-door) at 2nd floor.

ARUKASHIRUKA（阿尔卡西尔卡）是什么地方？

2022年3月，在前往古宇利岛途中的屋我地岛，本娱乐餐厅开业了！4月1日起，提供正宗套餐的2楼也一同营业。
店名ARUKASHIRUKA(阿尔卡西尔卡)来自冲绳的方言，意思是“全心全意”。经营者希望餐厅成为一个综合了各种文化的地方，是带着这个愿望开的业。以尊重冲绳的风俗文化、为冲绳地区做贡献为理念，今后计划利用餐厅前方的临海花园场地开展多种活动。

■非同寻常的店铺环境■ 这家餐厅是利用30多年前修建的社区集会所，由Nouvelle Vague(日本电影舞台美术公司)重新装修的。Nouvelle Vague公司为《罗曼蒂克》、《深夜食堂》、《东京塔》等热门电影制作了舞台布景，还因能够把三得利、软银公司的广告创作者以及《露台屋》等电视节目组设定的历史背景和氛围，成功地重现出来而受到好评。请您来本餐厅欣赏各个角落的精美装饰。

■享受最尖端的设计■ 请您再欣赏一下服务员的工作服。制作者佐藤纪夫曾为one o'clock、EXILE、福山雅治等明星制作过舞台服装。一楼的艺术板和二楼的三扇推拉门为店铺空间增加了新的元素，锦上添花。

Our 1st floor dining area expresses "something nostalgic" in the image of an American diner from the good old days.This area is famous for locally grown produces/seafoods that are unique to the land. We use those local produces abundantly, represented by Nago Agu pork hot dogs and famous Wagyu beef hamburgers in the diner. We also serve refreshing salads using fresh, local vegetables and pasta and risotto dishes featuring local seafood and eggs.
Our diner desserts include fresh fruit parfaits or fudge sundaes.
Enjoy quick bites with cute Café-Latte or Heineken draft or Japanese local brews.

这里可以让大家联想到人们憧憬的古老而美好的美国装配式餐厅，会有一种＂好怀念＂感觉。有冲绳当地产的和牛汉堡包，用名护的阿古香肠制作的热狗。用当地海鲜、鸡蛋和蔬菜做的意大利面、意大利烩饭、水果圣代和甜点也十分充足。还可以享受带有可爱标签的拿铁咖啡、喜力生啤和日本各地的牛皮纸啤酒。

Our second floor offers a traditional Japanese architectural style dining space. This restaurant may look very novel for visitors from other countries. From that point of view, we have created a space that could illustrate wonderful Japan.
We have 3 private rooms where you can have a gourmet set meal cooked with fresh ingredients of Okinawa as you enjoy a magnificent ocean view.
To accompany your meal you may also enjoy Kenzo Estate of Napa Valley, authentic French wine; they have a beverage menu that could make the taste of your dish even more delicious!

平时我们所看到的日本传统建筑样式，在外国人看来是非常崭新的设计。从这个视点出发，建造了凝聚着日本特色的优美空间。有3个单间，可以一边眺望大海一边品尝使用了冲绳新鲜食材的套餐。美国纳帕谷的KENZOESTATE以及正宗法国葡萄酒等进一步提升菜肴味道的酒水和饮料也很齐全。

As you explore our second floor, you will find a wide staircase that leads you to our bar and lounge with an ocean view beyond the lawn. There you can enjoy our delicious vintage whiskey, cocktails and more.

从宽大的楼梯走上去，就到了2楼的酒吧。在这个开放宽阔的空间里可以一边眺望草坪前方的大海，一边品尝威士忌和鸡尾酒，请您尽情享受。
